Overview
Naxx Naxx Revolution!
Heigan the Unclean is a rather fun and challenging encounter with only two phases. This fight is all about coordination and being in the right place at the right time.
Gear and consumables
Like most Wrath of the Lich King raid encounters, this fight is tuned for players who are using level 80 epic gear, as well as the best flasks and food buffs available. Getting the best possible gear for your character will make this fight a whole lot easier.
In WotLK, professions can be used to craft high quality epic gear. Most raid bosses also drop an epic bind-on-equip item. These items are the easiest way to get your character geared up fast, but they're expensive to craft or buy on the AH. The easiest way to get your hands on them is to use a guide like WoW Gold Secrets, which has tips for making several thousand gold per day. This is a great way to save time and down bosses faster.

Abilities
HP: 3,060,000 (Heroic: 9,270,000)
Phase One Abilities
Spell Disruption: This is a 20-yard aura around Heigan the Unclean. It will increase cast times by 300%.
Decrepit Fever: This is a disease applied to a random player which will do 3,000 Nature damage every 3 seconds and reduce the maximum hit points of every player within 20 yards by 50%. This needs to be dispelled ASAP.
Phase Two Abilities
Plague Cloud: Deals 7,500 Nature damage a second to any player remaining on the raised platform during Phase Two. This is here to encourage people to learn how to dance.
Eruption: Three quarters of the remaining area of the room will be hit by eruption every few seconds during Phase Two. This does 6650 to 7350 Nature damage on a hit. Near the edge of safe spot players will only be hit once. In the middle of unsafe spots they will be hit multiple times which is generally fatal.

Gear requirements
This fight in neither a dps race nor a gear check. Survivability is based purely on the players ability to dance between Eruptions.
On the Pull
Main Tank Pull Heigan from his platform and start tanking him in quarter one.
Melee DPS Stay in quarter one of the room untill the Main Tank pulls Heigan down to you.
Ranged DPS,
Healers As soon as the Main Tank pulls, run up onto Heigan's platform and begin dpsing/healing.
Phase One

Main Tank It is absolutely imperative to the raids survival that you can do the Heigan dance as you will be leading the melee through the four quarters of the room. The Eruptions are fairly slow this phase so it should be easy to navigate.
Melee DPS You will be following the main tank through the four quarters of the room while DPS'ing Heigan.
Ranged DPS This is a relaxing phase for Ranged DPS, just sit on Heigan's platform and DPS him until Phase 2 kicks in.
Healers One healer should be focusing on the tank and keeping his HP up, while the other two do raid heals and keep Decrepit Fever dispelled off the raid, and most importantly off the tank.
Phase Two

Everybody dance now!
Raid Heigan will run to his platform and begin an emote. Everybody should run to the first quarter of the room, as depicted in the diagram. For this entire phase, no one in the raid should take any damage and any damage taken is generally going to be fatal. During this phase the Eruptions will speed up and Heigan's platform will be covered in poison gas that will kill anybody standing on it.
The Heigan dance
Ideally once the second phase starts the entire raid should run and meet on quarter 1, as soon as you see the lava gush you must run onto quarter 2, and so on in a pattern that goes: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 untill phase 2 ends. The best strategy for survival in the dance is to note where the lava came up in the quarter your running to, and as soon as it goes down, to run on top of where it was. In some cases especially around quarter three, you may not have a chance to stop running before the eruption comes and goes.
When this Phase ends, Heigan will come back down from his platform, and you should resume your Phase 1 positioning.

Main Tank When the dance is over, Heigan will run off of his platform, and you must re-acquire him and move to the first quarter of the room. Phase 1 now repeats.
